The technological developments taking place in medicine, engineering, physics, maths and computer science means biomedical engineering is a rapidly growing field. There has never been a more exciting time to study the discipline.

You will:

Learn about the foundations of engineering mathematics and science, and build your knowledge of current and emergent technologies specific to biomedical engineering
Study human anatomy, physiology and pathology and learn to interpret, analyse and critically evaluate experimental results to improve technology
Use and apply specialised computer software, adhering to appropriate protocols, codes of practice and industry guidelines.
