This course prepares participants to converse in English with skill and confidence within a range of business situations under the umbrella of tourism and hotel management. The course will enable participants to effectively function, manage and serve their client; whether their client is a travel agent, a tour guide, a courier, a hotel manager or most importantly the guest.
The course implies strong emphasis on participants becoming enriched with relevant terminology through group discussions and role plays.

•To be able to describe responsibilities and relationships between hotel departments and management concepts.
•To discuss and describe business functions, responsibilities and operations.
•Discuss contemporary issues and challenges for tourism and hotels.
