This course introduces participants to the concepts and rules that allows one to interact in a civilised fashion and that are imperative for the workplace. Participants’ will discover high-standards of professional conduct for every situation and master the art of meeting and greeting.
One never gets a second chance for a first impression and with new founded competencies in dressing for success; confidence will overcome the challenges for small talk. Participants will discover their strength for business networking and demonstrate competencies in planning, organising and managing the service experience for international clients and guests.
