Questo corso prepara i candidati a installare e configurare il Cisco Unified Communications Manager in una singola sede. Questo corso è principalmente focalizzato sulla Release 6.0 del Cisco Unified Communications Manager, sul call routing e sui protocolli di segnalazione utilizzati nell'ambito Cisco Unified Communication. Il corso include dei laboratori in cui gli studenti effettueranno le attività di post-installazione, configureranno gli apparati di rete, i gateway MGCP ( Media Gateway Control Protocol ), il Cisco Unified Communications Manager, completando anche il piano di instradamento delle chiamate sia sulla rete Voip che verso l'esterno. Saranno anche implementate le media resources, il Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), l'integrazione col sistema di Voice mail e numerose features utente. Questo corso prepara i candidati a installare e configurare il Cisco Unified Communications Manager in una singola sede.
