This in-depth course is designed for anyone who is implementing or is considering implementing eForms.

DESCRIZIONE:

eForms for FileNet P8 Workplace extends the benefits of FileNet P8 BPM and Content Management to provide faster ROI

through rapid enterprise deployment. This course teaches the fundamentals of eForms design, deployment and

integration for the authors and developers who will be preparing custom user interfaces and intelligent features for

workflow and content management solutions.

PREREQUISITI:

It is critical that you have the following experience to receive maximum benefit from this course:

BPM Process Design (201487) recommended

AGENDA:

Instruction will include form design best practices for eForms for FileNet P8 Workplace tools and features, and the

creation of different eForms solutions using in-class enterprise examples. Students will learn how to create complex user

interfaces and to introduce automation into end-user activities.

Overview of FileNet eForms installation and configuration

Simple form interface design

Form automation

Form error-checking and validation

Integrating external databases into form automation

eForms system architecture

Integrating eForms with Content

Integrating eForms with BPM

Integrating a form with a step processor interface

Mapping data between eForms, content and workflow

Mapping logic and routing between eForms and workflow
