Are you interested in acquiring the essential English skills that enable you to work in the hospitality career in the United Kingdom? If so, undertake this interactive and practical Hospitality English course delivered by Reception Academy and advertised in emagister.it

The Programme of the course has been designed in partnership with UK hotels in order to meet the highest industry standards. It consists of practical exercises and interesting conversations - for example in a lift, to welcome guests or explain the bill.
Candidates will also learn hotel vocabulary, how to handle difficult customers and forbidden service phrases, as well as the language used in accounts, marketing and by housekeeping, among others.

The course consists of 30 hours of training divided into 10 days. Candidates will receive a course workbook and will have access to pronunciation checks, a universal phonetic alphabet and visual and listening exercises. They will also perform voice recognition and recording exercises. Upon completion of the course successful candidates gain a certificate of completion.

Created in line with 5* UK Hotel industry standards and taught by a Hospitality professional, the course is filled with fun exercises, interesting conversations, and useful activities.

Students will be given the opportunity to learn and practise structures and vocabulary used in the industry, and develop a practical understanding of working in Hospitality. The course starts at a basic to lower intermediate level of English, aiming to reach an upper intermediate level by the end of the course. For those students that progress faster, additional, more demanding exercises are provided.
