OBIETTIVI:

Being able to properly install and configure FileNet's IDM Desktop, Web Services and Open Client software is a critical part of getting the most out of your FileNet system. The IDM Desktop and Web Services Administration course is designed to give the System Administrator the knowledge necessary to install, configure and administer the IDM Desktop, Web Services and Open Client software for use in a FileNet system.

PREREQUISITI:

It is critical that you have the following experience to receive maximum benefit from this course:

Working knowledge of Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2000, XP, 98 or NT as appropriate for your system
