OBIETTIVI:

The purpose of this course is to provide an in-depth look at the FileNet IS architecture, services, processes and hardware components. In addition, it looks at how configurations impact performance. This course is a prerequisite to an advanced course where students learn to install, configure and troubleshoot FileNet Image Services systems.

PREREQUISITI:

It is critical that you have the following experience to receive maximum benefit from this course:

FileNet IS System Administration course (200458)

Mandatory UNIX operating system knowledge (UNIX platforms)

Windows knowledge is required

AGENDA:

Students perform exercises that provide an in-depth look at the FileNet IS architecture. This provides an excellent foundation for personnel who support this product. Everyone works at their own pace with access to instructors as needed to complete assignments. Students meet daily in a group for review and discussion. Topics include:
