The student interested in Professional Programmes can choose from four different specific areas:

  • Itaian cooking courses
  • Culinary Arts Italian cooking courses
  • Baking and Pastry Italian cooking courses
  • Wine Expertise Italian cooking courses
  • La Bella Tavola

    The student may attend an Internship Programme in the chosen area after completing the advanced level.

    Programme for Amateurs

    In Linguaviva Italian cooking school the special combination of Italian Language and Cooking courses offers international students a unique opportunity to better understand our culture.

    Practical cooking classes are held in Italian language and are for non-professional people. The focus is on Italian culinary and wine traditions, after the preparation of the dishes students will appreciate the resulting performance.

    Our Italian cooking school will be a fantastic experience to enter the marvellous world of our tastes and flavours.
