Tratta in maniera completa ed esaustiva i cinque moduli CPIM ed ha l’obiettivo di preparare i candidati a sostenere i cinque esami necessari all’ottenimento della certificazione CPIM di APICS. Il programma dura 16 giornale full time distribuite in 15 mesi. Il corso in aula è in Italiano con un Tutor certificato e si utilizzano libri di testo in inglese originali APICS.
Le nuove edizioni APICS di Advance School presentano la possibilità di partecipare a The Fresh Connection, un modulo applicativo delle conoscenze acquisite, insieme ad un istruttore qualificato APICS.
Nel corso di tale modulo, che fa parte del programma Train for Per4mance di Advance School, si esamineranno le scelte tattiche e strategiche da applicare nella Supply Chain per migliorare il P&L di un'azienda produttrice di succhi di frutta, The Fresh Connection. In questo modo il professionista potrà applicare su casi reali le conoscenze APICS acquisite ed accelerare il passaggio dalle conoscenze alle competenze. Il modulo The Fresh Connection è opzionale e comporta una quota aggiuntiva di 500 Euro + IVA.
Le giornate di tutoraggio sono allocate come di seguito:

Modulo DSP - 3 giornate
Modulo ECO - 3 giornate
Modulo SMR - 3 giornate
Modulo The Fresh Connection (opzionale) - 1 giornata.
L'ultima giornata di ogni modulo è dedicata ad un test simulato in aula per verificare le conoscenze del professionista, dare feedback sulle risposte e per preparare il candidato all'esame finale APICS:
