Have you always wanted to work as a hotel receptionist in a top hotel? The Hotel Receptionist & Opera Property Management System Course offered by Reception Academy is the market leading training course, since will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to work in the best hotels in the United Kingdom and abroad.

This course is focused in the practical training and its programme is tailored in partnership with over 500 hotels, such as Premier Inn, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriot, etc. Accordingly, you will learn hotel terminology, up selling techniques, booking procedures and customer service techniques, such as welcoming guests or dealing with guest complaints using a replica hotel reception desk. Students will also have access to a computer to learn how to use Opera Property Management System V5 the software used in most hotels in the UK – check-in and check-out, hotel accounts, etc. Apart from that, you will also gain interview skills in order to improve your job prospects.

Upon successful completion of the course, a graduation ceremony takes place in 4*/5* London hotels to introduce the graduates to human resources staff working for partner hotel branches. Il meglio I joined Reception Academy for this course even if I already had experiences as Hotel Receptionist in my country of origin, and from the very first lesson I was amazed at seeing how many things I still can learn to improve my professionality to work in London. The experienced teacher: Mr Ramin Semsarilar really puts his effort in making the lesson interesting and maintaining the enthusiasm alive all day long! The Academy is clean and the lesson's room is just as seen in the pictures on the website, equipped with all is needed. So far I am more than happy to have found Reception Academy and enrolled for this course!

Il meglio Four intensive weeks, experienced trainers, nice environment and great possibilities of finding a job already on the day of graduation. You feel that they care about you from the first day of training untill the day you find a job. I can not wait to start the reservation agent training. ;-)

Da migliorare It depends on the trainees also, but maybe we should do more Opera pms practice (exercises).
