Are you interested in becoming a qualified hotel receptionist able to use the most popular hotel reservation system? If so, undertake the Hotel Receptionist & Opera Property Management System delivered on weekends by Reception Academy, which teaches the skills to start your career in the hospitality industry while you are working.

The course programme has been designed in collaboration with the best hotel branches in order to provide you with the key skills of a receptionist including practical training on Opera PMS V5 – check-in, check out and hotel accounts. You will also learn all the necessary brand standards and hotel procedures: customer service, booking and welcoming procedures. The training includes role play sessions in the academy replica reception desk to become familiar with hotel scenarios and terminology.

The last part of the course is focused on employment assistance. Reception Academy will give you guidance on writing your CV and interview techniques. Upon successful completion of the course, candidates gain a certificate and participate in the graduation ceremony, where they are introduced to HR members of hotel groups. The nine sessions are delivered every Sunday or Saturday. Choose the option that suits you best and start your career as a receptionist.

Il meglio I might want to express gratitude toward Reception Academy particularly to my educator Pierre for their backing and their polished skill. The course is absolutely justified, despite all the trouble. You can learn and practice the Opera PMS V5, and also Hotel methods. What I discovered most intriguing is the graduation day where employers from different hotels come to meet the students and some are employed that day. One week after I completed my course I signed my contract with a hotel, so I simply can say that I am extremely Happy!
