This module is designed to develop students’ skills in managing people in a complex work environment of constant change and high levels of stress. Students will have the opportunity to examine relevant theory and models of practice associated with performance management. Furthermore, students will be able to develop strategies for anti-oppressive practice in individual and team management.WHY CHOOSE THIS COURSE?

- Analysis of behaviours of individuals and teams in the work environment and identifying appropriate techniques for the effective management of these behaviours;
- Noting the barriers to working effectively across professional boundaries as well as developing strategies to overcome these;
- Developing high level skills in self-reflection.
