As a social service professional, you will at some point in your career encounter a client who is or has been a victim of domestic violence. More than one in three women experience domestic violence in their lifetimes, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It is important that you have a working knowledge of this public health issue in order to best serve these clients. The goal of this massive open online course is to educate you on the dynamics and patterns of domestic violence.

Programma

The eight-module course provides a graphic-rich environment, videos, interactive training elements, online resources, and a certificate of training upon successful completion.
