You will be provided with the knowledge of how consuming raw foods can improve your health and ultimately your life, you will also be shown exactly how to follow the diet, through easy-to-use meal plans and delicious recipes.
Also included are guides on what equipment you’ll need (though you will likely have most of this) and how to ease yourself gently into the raw food diet plan. In addition to this, you will also be provided with a 30-Day Training Plan, for those that wish to take their health to the next level.

Il meglio: Totally up to date on the chosen subject which adds to your confidence. I have taken a few of the same topics with other online providers but have to say the centre of excellence really does offer more in depth information.
