Le cellule vengono inserite in fermentatori e l\u00ec si moltiplicano all\u2019infinito: cos\u00ec cresce una carne prodotta dalle \u201cmini fabbriche\u201d cellulari, alimentate con acqua, carboidrati, proteine, aminoacidi, vitamine e zuccheri. Ci sono gi\u00e0 produzione virtuose di proteine, commercializzate sotto forma di farine che vengono poi aggiunte a vari prodotti, ottenute in fermentatori da batteri, ma qui si tratta di altro. Infatti nel caso della carne da coltura cellulare il suo aspetto e il suo apporto nutrizionale sono come quella derivata da animali macellati.
