Questa normativa richiede agli Stati membri dell&#8217;Unione Europea di implementare misure concrete per migliorare la gestione del rischio e stabilisce criteri chiari per la segnalazione di incidenti rilevanti. <b><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-12672 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/images-2-300x200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"330\" height=\"220\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/images-2-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.emagister.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/images-2-462x308.png 462w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 330px) 100vw, 330px\" \/><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le nuove regole si applicano a settori strategici come i fornitori di servizi cloud, i data center, le piattaforme online e i motori di ricerca, che saranno obbligati a notificare eventuali incidenti alle autorit\u00e0 competenti. Lo scopo \u00e8 garantire una maggiore sicurezza delle reti e una gestione coordinata delle emergenze digitali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>La situazione in Italia<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Italia, il recepimento della direttiva \u00e8 stato formalizzato con l&#8217;approvazione di un decreto legislativo ad agosto 2024, successivamente pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale il 1\u00b0 ottobre 2024. Le aziende coinvolte dovranno verificare se rientrano nell&#8217;ambito della normativa e, in tal caso, procedere alla registrazione presso l\u2019Agenzia Nazionale per la Cybersicurezza (ACN).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Verso una maggiore cooperazione europea<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La direttiva NIS2 rappresenta un passo in avanti rispetto alla precedente NIS del 2016, semplificando le procedure di segnalazione e rafforzando la collaborazione tra gli Stati membri.
