Pu\u00f2 essere quindi chiamato anche facilitatore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I compiti del formatore\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il suo compito \u00e8 quello di<strong> trasmettere nozioni, abilit\u00e0 e competenze<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nello specifico:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deve comprendere e interpretare le esigenze della committenza\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crea un progetto formativo con tempi e risorse disponibili\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individua i modi in cui intervenire e le metodologie didattiche pi\u00f9 appropriate\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individua gli strumenti pi\u00f9 idonei\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le competenze del formatore<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacit\u00e0 di comunicazione\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacit\u00e0 relazionali\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conoscenza delle organizzazioni\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacit\u00e0 di analisi\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il formatore pu\u00f2 essere interno o esterno all\u2019azienda. Economicamente \u00e8 pi\u00f9 oneroso avere un formatore esterno ma \u00e8 importante prendere in considerazione alla situazione di inferiorit\u00e0 psicologica dei partecipanti.
