Il meglio: I have studied CBT before but this course gives good examples of what to do to help with anxiety, instead of just talking about what it is and how it comes about. I have been looking for good ideas of what to do.

Il meglio: I'm happy that I took this course from Libby. She explains each segment in detail so it is understandable. The exercises and worksheets are very helpful and further assist with the healing process.
