The ESCP Europe Executive Specialized Master Manager of companies at risk, with our academic partner Icsi (Institute for Industrial Safety Culture), aims to foster the integration and consideration of human and organizational factors in the design, construction, operation - maintenance and dismantling of industrial plants at risk.

The purpose is to improve as a priority their performance in industrial safety.

Managing companies at risk by organisational and human factors.

For several years, companies have been increasing their capacities in the field of the safety through the application of regulations, the improvement of the integrity of facilities and the implementation of systems of health & safety management. However, these efforts are insufficient to ensure a constant improvement in performance. To improve performance, consideration of the human and organisational aspects of complex socio-technical systems appears to be essential.

The Specialised Master Executive Specialized Master Manager of companies at risk has been created in partnership with the ICSI (Institute for a Culture of Industrial Safety). It promotes the integration and consideration of human and organisational factors in the design, construction, operation - maintenance and dismantling of industrial plants at risks in order to improve, first and foremost, their performance in industrial safety.
