GDPR Awareness: exam preparation

The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires various company figures to better understand the implications of the legislation now fully in force since 25 May 2018. The course allows to understand the reasons for the new regulation and the scope of its application; be able to identify key participants in the processing of personal data; understand the key principles and conditions that determine the legal basis for processing; become familiar with the main regulatory aspects affecting the organizations, risks and opportunities that this entails. In summary: Identify the next steps to achieve compliance and build a culture of data protection awareness. The course includes a final certification exam, guaranteed by APMG. Exam format: Multiple-choice format, 20 questions, 10 marks or more are required to pass (50%), 20 minute duration.
