Descrizione

The primary objective of the General Management Programme (GMP) is to provide participants with the cross-functional knowledge and managerial skills required to become more effective managers.

It gives an overview of the main managerial disciplines and equips participants with an understanding of the driving forces of the business environment and organisational behaviour. The GMP is an integral part of the Executive MBA, with the curriculum comprised of the Executive MBA's nine core courses. This allows participants to progress smoothly to the full MBA qualification in the future should they decide to continue their executive education journey at ESCP Europe.

The GMP offers 2 alternatives:

A part-time programme and fully compatible with an executive schedule, requiring a minimal number of days away from the office, over 9 to 12 months.
A blended programme, uniquely flexible online format with a dedicated support team as well as 2 in-class sessions, over 20 months.
This track offers a uniquely flexible programme as you can study remotely according to your own schedule over a longer period of time. Materials and tutorial support is provided through a virtual learning environment with the same content quality and teacher involvement as on campus tracks.
