Master in Meteorology

Meteorology is the interdisciplinary scientific study of the atmosphere. Some of the topics of this Master Course are: the observing networks formed across several countries, the use of the computer in weather forecasting, the nature of meteorological phenomena, the variables that exist in Earth's atmosphere (e.g. temperature, air pressure, water vapor), the gradients and interactions of each variable and how they change in time. Different spatial scales are studied to determine how systems on local, regional, and global levels impact weather and climatology.
In addition will be considered the meteorology application in many diverse fields such as the military, energy production, transport, agriculture and construction.
