The only thing you will need to get the most from this course is somewhere quiet to practise the meditation. Il meglio: I took this course after I had finished two other, CBT and Life Coaching, and I must say it have helped to live in the present. Also, it showed me how to deal with stress through meditation and to make my life more positive. I recommend the courses to anyone with stress, they are excellent and really helpful.
