Il meglio: The course is really insightful. Jamie Oliver's video made me realise a lot of people don't know the basics of nutrition, especially the parents!. I'm now on my journey to become a fitness instructor.

Ready To Power Your Continuing Education? Have you ever wondered why some of us thrive on protein-rich diets, while others do better with dairy or carbohydrates? Might your distant ancestral past hold the key? Gluten, lactose, saturated fat, fructose, folate, alcohol, caffeine… might your genes shape your ability (or lack of) to process these without ill effects? What kind of genetic testing can you do – and how can this help? We dive into evolutionary genetics to find the answers.

Learn about whether you should tailor your diet around your inherited genes, to how these may influence your ability to eat certain foods without ill effects!
