Il meglio: It's a great starter course for anyone looking to have a healthy lifestyle.The course is Simple but very informative. My number one discovery was the food labeling calculations and how the detailed label only states the % weight not the number of calories provided by each nutrient. I would be grateful if I got the opportunity to win a scholarship for this course.
