Il livello C2 di inglese è il sesto e ultimo livello definito dal “Quadro comune europeo di riferimento per la conoscenza delle lingue” (QCER), il sistema elaborato dal Consiglio Europeo per valutare la conoscenza linguistica.

Si tratta di un livello eccezionalmente elevato, che garantisce una competenza paragonabile a quella di un madrelingua inglese dotato di un’ottima educazione scolastica. Lo studente che raggiunge tale livello può vantare un bilinguismo tra la propria lingua madre e quella inglese.

Ma quali sono le conoscenze linguistiche necessarie per superare il test di livello C2? Come sempre sarà necessaria una completa padronanza delle skill richieste per il precedente livello, il C1, a cui andranno aggiunte quelle peculiari del cosiddetto “Livello madrelingua”. Il superamento dell'esame C2 permette di accedere ai concorsi pubblici, corsi di perfezionamento CLIL e di avere extra punteggio per le graduatorie scolastiche. Inoltre quest'esame può servire come riconoscimento crediti universitari (idoneità) o per accedere ai corsi di laurea in inglese in Italia o all'estero. Questa certificazione può facilitare enormemente la ricerca di lavoro e avere successo nel lavoro. Il corso è consigliato per coloro che desiderano una soluzione economica e con la quale relazionarsi con altri compagni di corso. Le lezioni vengono svolte in aula.
