Programma

Gain the knowledge and skills to recognise when your clients may need additional support and how to act on your assessment

As a healthcare support worker, you're an integral part of the community workforce, with a large proportion of your day spent working in your clients homes, dealing with complex issues, on your own and with no direct supervision.

This workshop will give you the knowledge and skills to recognise when your clients may need additional, professional healthcare support and how to act on this. You'll gain an improved awareness of the basic signs and symptoms of both local and systemic infections.

You'll better understand your own code of conduct, accountability and responsibility to your patients care and appreciate the importance of appropriate documentation.
