The use of key performance indicators (Key Performance Indicators - KPI) is essential for a company that wants to understand its position in respect of business objectives. Ensuring fact measurements quantifiable and monitorable over time, the KPIs allow you to identify the critical areas where action is needed to ensure a greater competitive advantage to the company and to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the results of implemented corrective actions.
The course aims to provide participants with an understanding of the main KPIs at the corporate level and business function, and to transfer a practical method of processing and calculating prices.
