EUROPEAN LAW MOOT COURT COMPETITION

The course is a kind of a legal clinic, practice oriented exercise. Students will first of all be assessed by taking into account their active participation in the classes; their capacity of exposing their party's legal argumentations in a collective written pleading will also be assessed, as well as their capacity to defend their positions and discuss the wider legal framework in mock hearings exercises. External evaluation will take place in the written submission phase. Students getting admitted to semifinals and finals will of course be particularly rewarded, including in relationship with their individual performances in oral hearings.
