You should be able to describe the features and key components of IBM InfoSphere Optim Performance Manager Extended Edition. Preliminary steps, including sizing for hardware and software are also taught. Detailed use of the various dashboards are covered, using several problem scenarios. Maintenance and troubleshooting techniques will be addressed, as well as the method to work with technical support.
