OBIETTIVI:

FileNet eForms extend the benefits of FileNet eProcess to provide a faster ROI through rapid enterprise deployment. This course teaches the fundamentals of eForms deployment and design for the authors and developers who will be preparing workflow solutions, the installation of eForms and simple troubleshooting for eProcess administrators.

PREREQUISITI:

It is critical that you have the following experience to receive maximum benefit from this course:

Completion of 201052 FileNet eProcess

AGENDA:

Instruction will include installation of eForms, and the creation of different eForms solutions using in-class enterprise examples. Students will learn how to create complex user interfaces, and to introduce automation into end user activities.

Simple form interface design

Form automation

Form error checking and validation

Integrating external databases into form automation.

eForms system architecture

Integrating eForms with Content Services

Mapping data between eForms and Workflow definitions

Mapping logic and routing between eForms and workflow definitions

Simple troubleshooting
