This course is suitable for instructors who want to improve their instructional skills delivering any kind of training and presentations.
After attending this course, the participants will be able to:
- Prepare for the execution of a training course.
- Create a good lesson design and storytelling, even with custom material.
- Guide the learning process of the students in a didactically responsible way and align the training with the experience of the audience.
- Create learning conditions for learners with different learning styles.
- Use interactive teaching methods, such as teaching-learning conversations, feedback, different types of questions, exercises, etc.
- Exploring how to use AI tools to build effective material for delivery.
- Test the learning efficiency of students.
- Use learning resources correctly during training sessions.
The course will include a live assessment at the end of the course to test the improved ability of the participant to deliver technical presentations.
The course can be delivered in Italian or in English.
