I professionisti con certificazione CompTIA IT Operations Specialist (CIOS) hanno la capacità di gestire i server e le reti e sono figure fondamentali per gestire il flusso di un posto di lavoro e ottimizzare le attività quotidiane, come ad esempio l'impostazione di hardware e software, la diagnosi dei problemi di connessione e accesso ai dati, la risoluzione dei problemi e altro ancora.
