The course will analyse approaches and develop tools for redesigning organization structures and human resource practices, when firms face the digital trasformation of processes:
- How to redesgin the organization and leadership for actively building internal agility and external ecosystems
- How to leverage digital technology to design and improve the workplace and the workforce (i.e.: digital HR)
- How to build a new management system to empower and engage people and teams (i.e: performance management, career paths)
- How to leverage data, cognitive technologies, artificial intelligence to improve effectiveness and attraction (i.e: recruiting and selection, job allocation, development plans)
