The final grade is assigned calculating the weighted average of the following marks:
1. The marks of the written and oral tests from the Portuguese Language skills course (‘esercitazioni’), European variant taught by Dott. Jorge Maximino or Brazilian variant taught by Dott.ssa Bianca Ferrini;
2. The mark of the written exam at the end of Theory lectures taught by professor Elsa Rita dos Santos.

The module explains the main arguments of syntactic and discursive nature in a contrastive Portuguese-Italian analysis and will focus on the following issues:
1. Personal pronouns
1.1. Subject pronouns
1.2. Direct object pronouns
1.3. Indirect object pronouns
2. Verbs
2.1. Subjunctive mood.
2.2. Imperative mood
2.3. Indicative mood: Future tense – Conditional and Conditional Perfect.
3. Prepositions
4. Punctuation
5. Sentences
5.1. Types of sentences
5.2. Simple and complex sentences
5.3. Coordinating conjunctions

Attending students and NON-attending students have the same program.
