After 20 years in advertising, Astrid jumped ship to Behavioural Design. As a Social Scientist she had always been intrigued by questions like: How do people make decisions? How can you nudge their behaviour? How can you help people make positive choices? From this standpoint she co-founded SUE Amsterdam and The Behavioural Design Academy, combining creativity, design thinking and behavioural economics to unlock the power of Behavioural Psychology to nudge people into making better decisions in work, life and play.

Strategy Director at Frog, Germany. He aims to establish a human-centered, interdisciplinary process that creates desirable and sustainable changes in behavior and form. He believes that design is about applying contextual skills in non-traditional territories, which then yield non-traditional, creatively DESIGNED outputs. Axel Quack has a degree in Engineering, a Master of Fine Arts, and an MBA, and over the last years he has engaged in diverse activities. He is often invited as a Guest Lecturer to share his work on design strategy and innovation at architecture, design, and engineering.

He is an Adjunct Professor at Otis College of Art and Design, LA.

She was named one of AdAge's 100 most influential women in advertising. Also serves on the board of Instituto Aliança Futuro da Criança, an NGO focused on the education of children and youth in Brazil.

He has worked as an adviser on design leadership and customer experience for P&G, Mattel, Ray, Babson, Tufts and MIT. As the Executive Director at the Design Industry Group for Massachusetts, he has worked with success stories like Reebok, Zipcar, and IHCD.
