After 20 years in advertising, Astrid jumped ship to Behavioural Design. As a Social Scientist she had always been intrigued by questions like: How do people make decisions? How can you nudge their behaviour? How can you help people make positive choices? From this standpoint she co-founded SUE Amsterdam and The Behavioural Design Academy, combining creativity, design thinking and behavioural economics to unlock the power of Behavioural Psychology to nudge people into making better decisions in work, life and play.

Expert in persuasion design, persuasion psychology, marketing, marketing strategy, brands, innovation and advertising.Tom has a clear view on marketing, branding and campaigns: designing behaviour, to seduce and persuade, to trigger and convert. To find matches between brand goals on the one hand and the opportunities of the web on the other hand. Tom is guest lecturer at Rotterdam Business School and an elected fellow at the University of Leuven.

A two-day intensive workshop to unlock the power of Behavioural Psychology. Understand how human-decision making works and influence the art of influencing decisions. This workshop will give you the tools to discover new business opportunities based on human value, and translate them into strategies and ideas.

MODULE 1 - FOUNDATION
This is how human decision making works.

MODULE 2 - RESEARCH
How to systematically learn why people do the things they do, by analysing the forces that shape their behaviour: pains, gains, habits, anxieties and Job-To-Be-Dones.

MODULE 3 - IDEATION
Learn to come up with behavioural changing strategies using the science of influence.

MODULE 4 - PROTOTYPING
Learn to validate your ideas fast through rapid prototyping.

MODULE 5 - CAMPAIGNING
Learn to craft a conversion path from A to Z with techniques to Attract, Convert and Delight users.
