Over the past five years there has been an increased focus on how to actively manage corporate reputation. Reputation Management has moved from something that was reactive to a dynamic and interactive process involving stakeholders such as customers, employees, investors, politicians, and activists. To effectively engage with all of these stakeholders there is a need for cross disciplinary understanding inside the corporate functions who are involved in communicating and engaging with stakeholders. These key corporate functions include professionals working in corporate communication, marketing, strategic planning, social issues, and public affairs.Through a series of online sessions, registrants will get the knowledge, practical examples, professional network and specific tools you need to become a successful corporate reputation management professional.Reputation Management Training and Certification is a series of twelve 90 minute webinar sessions delivered by an international faculty of academics and professionals specifically chosen for their expertise. Registrants can take advantage of multiple options to access learnings offered by participating in live sessions or viewing recorded versions posted online. Participants who complete the twelve sessions and pass an online examination will receive a Certificate in Reputation Management from Reputation Institute. Registration is now open for the first program cycle of 2010, running February through May.
