Descrizione

Le lezioni del primo anno di Ingegneria ebbero inizio nell'Anno Accademico 1969/70. Il Consiglio Superiore della Pubblica Istruzione aveva infatti autorizzato nell'ottobre del 1969 l'istituzione di una Libera Università di Ancona, che prevedeva l'avvio del primo biennio della Facoltà di Ingegneria e del primo triennio della Facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia. Gli iscritti del primo anno di Ingegneria furono 292, e le lezioni ebbero inizio presso la vecchia sede dell'Amministrazione Provinciale. Intanto si procedeva alla sistemazione di una sede provvisoria della Facoltà, usufrendo di un preesistente capannone in via della Montagnola, sede che fu completata e resa disponibile nel mese di Marzo del 1970.

  • The Master in Humanitarian Logistics represented a turning point in my career, allowing me to move from national logistics coordinator to a regional role in the supply chain. In addition to certifying and consolidating my skills, I acquired new knowledge in crucial sectors such as telecommunications, fleet management and radios, where I had less experience. The simulations at the university were particularly engaging and educational. Despite work commitments, I managed to complete the path, expanding my humanitarian network in Italy and maintaining valuable relationships with former students, now professionals who are establishing themselves in the sector.

Furthermore, I really appreciated the quality of teaching from some figures who were not professors but professionals in the sector. This allowed me to get my hands on examples/case studies and tools that I then used during my professional life.

Sul corso: The Master's course not only provided us with the technical skills to work in the Humanitarian Logistics sector, but also showed us how to apply these basics through exercises and drills. Although I do not work in the humanitarian sector now, many of these experiences have strengthened my organisational/management skills.

I liked the job but I wanted something more operational. Thanks to the master's degree, I made it and started with an international organization in East Africa as a logistician. This experience allowed me to launch my career in the humanitarian sector. Furthermore, I really appreciated the quality of teaching from some figures who were not professors but professionals in the sector.
