ADVANCED OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

The written exam will have multiple-choice questions, exercises and open questions. Questions will be on all aspects of the course: main topics, in-class exercises (exercises and discussions, video, value stream mapping), case studies and guests’ presentations.


TEAMWORK (ONLY FOR ATTENDEES)
Only attendees can do teamwork. Attendees are expected to form groups of 5/7 persons. Each group has to prepare a case write-up responding to the questions of each case study. The case write-up has to be delivered via email to the professor before the beginning of the class in which the case is to be discussed. There will be 3 case studies. Teamwork can be assessed on a range from 1 to 3 points. These points will be summated to the score of the final exam.
