Prerequisiti
To gain maximum benefit from the course, students need experience in the following:
Optical equipment fundamentals including SONET or SDH fundamentals and DWDM fundamentals.
It is recommended that students attend Cisco optical equipment course prior to attend Cisco Prime Optical Operation and Maintenance Training course.
It is also recommended that students attending this class take the Cisco ONS 15454 Provisioning and Operation Training.
Target del corso
This course is a necessity for technicians responsible for setting up and operating the Cisco Prime Optical software including optical element management, configuration, performance monitoring, inventory, security, fault management and reporting. Channel partners, resellers and customers are welcome to attend.
