"The SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference)" forms part of the course catalog that Lovecchio Consulting center shared with the Emagister users. The training is aimed at general managers, supply chain and logistics managers with the aim of raising awareness of the SCOR model tool that can be implemented to identify the fundamental processes underlying the operation of business networks, thanks to some indicators and best practices.
The course includes a total time of 6 hours of lessons to be held in the online mode. The program consists of 4 sessions, it will begin with an introduction to the supply chain and then move on to the SCOR model, with the study of its essential elements, the utility in its scope.
In the second and third module you will see the indicators of SCOR, some application examples of performance indicators, the use of SCOR as benchmarks and examples of best practice. In the fourth module will face the integrations between the SCOR model and LEAN and version 11del model, in which Joseph Lovecchio contributed.
