Transversality is the key word of this MSc Degree, which is held only in English and combines electronics, mechanics, electrical drives, automatic control and information technology to transfer skills to manage the design, engineering, manufacturing, operation and maintenance of mechatronic systems and devices, and the management of laboratories and plants.
The curriculum offers many opportunities for international mobility thanks to its double degree agreements with international universities.
The Mechatronic Engineer is a relatively recent professional figure, but it is very highly appreciated for its ability to find new solutions.
Job opportunities are mainly in businesses related to automation, electronics, electromechanics and mechanics that design and manufacture mechanical, auto-vehicle, aeronautical and space, and robotic systems; demand also comes from manufacturing industries, which require the ability to combine skills in mechanics with those in electronics, information technology, electrical drives and automatic control.
