OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT (Iniziali cognome L-Z)

The exam is written and consists of 30 multiple-choice questions that require students to have understood the topics covered and to apply the theory to different contexts. These questions concern both theory (about two thirds of the questions) and exercises (about one third of the questions).

Additionally, attendees can decide to participate in group works, which will give the opportunity to acquire up to 3 points, in addition to those of the written test. This activity will consist in preparing a report from case studies to be presented and discussed in class, and that will allow students to better understand the application of the concepts presented by the focus on concrete cases.
