Craft-based learning (CBL), also known as experiential learning, is a hands-on approach to management education that teaches you the roles and responsibilities of every person who will be under your supervision later on. This gives you first-hand knowledge of the industry standards in service, hygiene, food preparation, and safety measures. Plus, it gives you experience with the soft-skills of multicultural teamwork, planning and time management, which are essential in the service industries.
These courses make up approximately 8 weeks of the total undergraduate program experience.
