The Global Family Business Management programme is a 3 months executive course in English, concentrated into 4 full immersion ‘Thursday-Saturday’ intensive modules in Madrid, Lille and Rome.

The programme is a unique international collaboration between three leading Schools: the Luiss Business School and the Center for Families in Business of the IE University.

The Global Family Business Management is a unique international collaboration between Luiss Business School and the Center for Families in Business of the IE University.

The programme is a 3 months executive course in English, concentrated into 4 full immersion ‘Thursday-Saturday’ intensive modules in Madrid (IE Family Business Center), Lille (Ieseg, School of Management) and Rome (Luiss Business School).

The Programme has been designed to understand and harness the real opportunities for growth and development of family business beyond the founder generation, making the most of the pillars of sound management and managerial organization.

It aims to raise awareness on what makes a Family Business different and especially resilient, to highlight the real opportunities (and challenges) for growth and development of family enterprises, and to provide participants with the skills and tools necessary for making the most of their business.

The programme is designed for the heirs of business entrepreneurs who wish to take over the running of their family business and young professionals who already work for or would like to work for a family business, in order to gain and develop the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to efficiently manage a family business.
