Hearing Aid Audiology - FdSc

On graduation you can apply to the Health & Care Professions Council for registration as a hearing aid dispenser.

Gain the skills and knowledge you need to work as a hearing aid audiologist. All our modules are tailored to audiology, so you'll develop your understanding of the physical and psychological basis of hearing and disorders of hearing, and examine their impact on people's life opportunities. You'll also develop an awareness of professional, legal and ethical issues in relation to practice, and learn the principles of managing a safe and successful business.

We understand that as a working professional, you can't always follow a traditional academic year. That's why you'll do most of your studying by distance learning, and take part in seminars, lectures and practical laboratory workshops during four residential placements at Anglia Ruskin in Cambridge.

And because you're learning while you work, you'll be able to apply everything you learn to your own job, meaning you'll get the most out of your new skills immediately - and continue to use them throughout your career.
