Italian Language Holiday and Cooking Masterclass

This course is designed for all who want to learn more about Italian and typical Italian cookery, the course consists of 20 Italian lessons a week and 2 cooking masterclasses, which take place in small groups led by an Italian chef. Through our Italian cooking courses students can learn how to prepare some of the most typical Tuscan and Italian dishes, using fresh and natural ingredients.

There will also be the chance to take part in one learning tour a week, which could include tours around Florence's famous galleries and museums, a boat ride on the River Arno or other cultural activities. At the end of the course students will return home knowing more about the Italian language and culture as well as, perhaps the most aspect of Italian life, the food.
