Characteristics and objectives
The course provides an advanced level of education for conducting activities of a specialized and/or directional nature regarding medium/large size manufacturing or trading companies; consulting and intermediary financial firms, or in government and public service companies. In these contexts candidates will be required the advanced capabilities to design strategies consistent with the competitive environment and implement them through the organization of the main departments, or at least a thorough knowledge of the business processes and logic that inspire managerial choices.
The program has two curricula, one in management and the other in accounting and finance. The former is specialized in topics related to advanced marketing, operations and logistics and organizational development and behavior. The latter provides a training in advanced management accounting, corporate finance, and banking. Some courses related to strategic development and planning, advanced accounting, international law and management of M&A processes are common to both curricula.

Occupational opportunities
The course prepares students for the following functional areas in private firms: administration, finance, management accounting, human resource management, organizational design, marketing, logistics and production. This course also provides students with managerial competencies and technical skills to work for consulting firms, banks and insurance companies.
